Patrice Monmousseau, the current owner, works with a wide numberof vignerons to produce the best possible grapes to ensure their reputation of greatness continues. Subtle on the nose with a biscuit, brioche character. The Chardonnay and Chenin Blend create a creamy and soft texture. Moreish and refreshing with a nice touch of orchard fruit. This is a great match with caviar or smoked salmon. But being slightly fruitier, this could partner Asian cuisine or goose.
